As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary focus is to cater to our customers' needs and drive sales. Your role involves delivering an elevated and seamless customer experience through your expertise in client knowledge, service, and recovery. Essential Functions:

  • Exceed sales goals by offering personalized customer service tailored to individual needs.

  • Participate in sales-driving events.

  • Ensure regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups and peers.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including day, evening, and/or weekends.
