Joint Pilot Plant Operator

Within our Corporate Pilot Plant team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking a Joint Pilot Plant Operator to move our organization to even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth We take pride in our vision to be "world's best", it is why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate. At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $28.33 and $32.57. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as the Labstack, UHT, Rotovap, and Small Dryer to support nutrition trials.
Set up and run equipment for cheese trials, including Starter, Refinish, and Processing equipment.
Collaborate closely with research scientists to prepare experiments and ensure accurate sampling and data recording.
Package and label final products, ensuring they are stored correctly in the warehouse.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitizing equipment.
Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure processes meet desired product specifications.
Follow detailed production plans and accurately record key operational data.
Uphold safety and compliance standards across all procedures, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
Have a High School diploma or GED.
Three or more years of experience in a relevant production or manufacturing role.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping.
The ability to work a Monday-Friday 8am-4pm shift.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in food production, with a focus on dairy manufacturing processes.
A strong understanding of processing equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Mechanical skills to quickly adapt to new processes and technology.
