We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer (Senior) to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure in a cloud-based environment
  • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
  • Develop Ansible scripts
  • Configure IdAM resources
  • Familiar with complex modern cloud architectures
  • Update technical documentation (e.g., infrastructure diagrams, new capabilities)
  • Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in a group environment
  • Knowledge and ability to test applications
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Infrastructure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Robust troubleshooting skills
  • Development/engineering as part of an Agile scrum team
  • Clear and Concise Communication (Verbal and Written)
Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking candidates that have a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:
  • At a minimum, possess a Security+ CE Certification
  • Experience with Basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Containerized Development environments
  • Expertise with automated testing tools (Selenium, Jmeter, etc.) and experience developing automated test processes for both security and functional requirements
  • Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
  • Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes
  • Solid administrative/engineering rigor
  • System verification and validation
  • Preparation and maintenance of system components
  • Creation and updates of technical documentation
  • AWS Cloud experience
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or DevSecOps on iterative development projects
  • Agile Methodology
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Expertise with Basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Experience with DevOps testing (Sonatype, SonarQube, JUnit)
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience with Cloud solution optimization
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Other Cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)
  • Virtualization experience
  • Cloud architectures and services
  • Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
  • Developing integration interfaces across JAVA, .NET, C++ and similar platforms
  • Assist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud and hybrid services, infrastructure and security domains
  • SharePoint admin experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Advanced CSS
  • Understanding of ServiceNow
  • C2S Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related field and 12+ years of experience
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience with containerization


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
