Job Title:Physical Therapist - Sign-on Bonus
Job Type:Full-time(Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Must be open to alternating morning and afternoons. some flexibility if needed.)
Job Location: 3202 Bainbridge Avenue, Bronx, NY (Norwood; outpatient clinic)
Salary Range: $86,000.00 - $112,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...
- Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
- Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, pediatrics, and sports medicine.
- Mainly Adults into adolescents outpatient caseload, with some orthopedic pediatrics.
- NYS Physical Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Open to new grads with a strong interest in orthopedics physical therapy
- Must be familiar with advance treatment for sports injuries, post-op recovery, lower back pain, and neck pain
- Well-rounded with PT evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of multiple conditions
