Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for our Cudahy Family Medicine clinic

    • Monday - Friday 7am-5pm
    • No Saturday clinic
• Call 1:15 shared with several locations in Oak Creek, Franklin, and Greenfield teams
  • Nurse Triage beginning at 5pm to take first call

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Education:
