Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Critical Care Opportunity

Trinity Health Of New England - the regions largest nonprofit health system - is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Critical Care team within the ICU at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center located in Hartford, Connecticut.
In this full-time role, you will work in the Medical ICU alongside other advanced practice providers, resident physicians, and under the supervision of a medical intensivist. You will develop and implement critical care plans, perform invasive procedures including central/arterial/dialysis lines and coordinate care with consulting services. The team provides 24-7 coverage of the MICU and candidates should expect to cover overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
The successful candidate for this role should be a detail-oriented team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care environment. Critical care experience is preferred but candidates with experience in hospitalist medicine are encouraged to apply.
