This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the high standards of the steam turbine industry.Title: CNC ProgrammerLocation: East Stroudsburg, PAShift: 1st- 7am - 3pmSalary: $28 - $30/HRFantastic BenefitsKey Responsibilities:CNC Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision components.Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining and adherence to specifications.Practical Knowledge: Be familiar with a variety of CNC machines and their controls, including Haas (Haas Control), Hurco (WinMax Control), Matsura (Yasnac Control), Mazak (Mazatrol Control), and Prototrak.Software Expertise: Proficient in using software programs such as DraftSight, GibbsCAM, and Solidworks.Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products using various measuring tools to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare machines for production runs, including tool selection, installation, and calibration.Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance machining processes and improve overall efficiency.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setting.Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
