The team is diverse, the questions are thought-provoking, and the opportunities for growth and advancement are numerous.The successful candidate will be dedicated full-time to development and enhancement support for existing applications as well as new development.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing, programming/developing, and modifying software systems, applications, and tools, both existing and potentially new in the futureAnalyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsCorrecting errors by making the appropriate changes and then re-checking the program to ensure the desired result was producedConducting testing of program and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired results and that instructions are correctOrganizing and maintaining documentation of application development and subsequent revisions, so others are able to understand the programCollaborating with teammates, other service providers, vendors, and users to develop new programming methodsEntry and Senior levels availableMinimum Qualifications:7+ years of relevant Information Technology experienceStrong Java programming/development experienceExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework such as AngularExperience with Spring and ORM libraries such as Hibernate/JPAExperience working and interacting with different types of data stores (e.g. Oracle, Elasticsearch)Experience with RESTful servicesHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Ext JS (v3 and v4), Groovy (v2), Grails (v2), and Bootstrap (v3+)Understanding of SQL and ElasticsearchStrong ability to manage competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholdersCloud experience, particularly AWSClearance Requirements:TS/SCI w/ PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet#LI-AA1 , #joinmantechd #joinmantechaaFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
