Such leadership requires constant innovation and renovation, which is so often rooted in our world-class food production standards.As a Maintenance Technician, your role is to manage the preventative and predictive maintenance to improve the functionality and safe working order of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. You will handle projects that span the electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance challenges. This position will be scheduled for an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift). What s Next? Assist in daily maintenance operations of the plant as scheduled in a proper, timely, and safe mannerTroubleshoot and repair plant systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentationAbility to operate, maintain, and install all shop equipmentRepair pneumatics, gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipmentUse test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulatorsTroubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general plant electrical equipment such as starters, PLCs, start/stop stations, motors. Demonstrate good working knowledge of electrical diagrams and/or circuits and utilize during troubleshooting** Must be willing to work nights and weekends. **RequirementsHigh School Diploma of GED equivalent.1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2-year associates/technical degree completed.OtherThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $26.36 - $39.96 per hour. The pay progression plan follows: Maintenance Technician D $26.36Maintenance Technician C $29.77Maintenance Technician B $34.33Maintenance Technician A $39.96.
