Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with any type of manufacturing experience who are ready to lead a team and ensure production goals are met efficiently. A 4-year degree is not required, but strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Train, coach, and support team members to maximize productivity and maintain a safe work environment.
Inspect work areas, equipment, and production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates to management.
Foster a positive team environment by addressing employee concerns and encouraging collaboration
Job Requirements
Previous experience in any manufacturing environment is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Experience implementing process improvements or lean manufacturing principles.
Basic mechanical or technical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment.
