Compensation and Benefits:

Details:
- NICU handles all deliveries
- One in 5-6 weekends
- One night of call per week withovernight triage service, with minimal call responsibilities
- Work out of the Wyomissing officeand one of the other three offices on a rotating basis
- Provide comprehensive pediatriccare to patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-datemedical records
- Engage in continuous professionaldevelopment and education
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accreditedmedical school
- Board certification or eligibilityin Pediatrics
- Valid medical license in the stateof Pennsylvania
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment
