Description

Integral member of the clinic leadership team. Provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. Responsible for the workflow of the clinic under the direction of the PMG management team. Determines clinic priorities with regard to patient care, patient flow, staffing and distribution of resources. Responsible for ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

Required qualifications:

  • Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
  • Associate's degree in nursing upon hire.
  • Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of working with the patient population similar to department of hire.
  • 1 year of Delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel required, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients.
  • 3 years of Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training.

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
