As a Hotel Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.


Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include:

Perform and maintain work to local, state, and Federal codes

Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner in a way that minimizes guest disruption

Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with hotel equipment and systems

Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning parts and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Maintain indoor pool to be in compliance with health codes

Snow Removal

Keep parking lot and outdoor areas free of litter

Communicate effectively with hotel management and staff

Requirements:

Maintenance Technician Requirements Include:

Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance

Strong Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Pool Operator Certification a plus

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and Interpersonal skills

Have a friendly, courteous, service oriented demeanor

Comfort with physically demanding work for 8 hour shift

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Accountability and Reliability critical to success
