Job responsibilities include the following:Operating shuttle to move trailers to and from staging area and various loading dock doors. Receiving instructions via radio and performing trailer shuttling to accommodate logistical needs. Performing daily maintenance and safety checks of shuttle and reporting any malfunctions appropriately.Documenting and reporting all daily trailer moves to the freezer office.Couple and uncouple tractor trailer units. Connect and disconnect brake lines as needed.Operate standup forklift to load/unload palletized product to/from trailers.Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.Follow all required work safe practices.
