Today, we produce over 55 million pounds of chocolate annually, and our legacy brands can be found in 13 company-owned stores and over 9,000 wholesale accounts. Join our team and let’s continue making chocolate lovers happy A day in the life…The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking all incoming calls from customers, consumers and sales personnel.  Individuals must be able to pass four (4) weeks in-house training program.What you will be doing… Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all customer initiated contacts (phone, email) in a timely and professional manner. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with internal customers and consumers. Demonstrate proficiency in order entry, order resolution and web and system navigation. Resolve customer and consumer issues in a proactive manner. Demonstrate successful ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and performing cross-functional duties. Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills. Identify products that meet consumers’ needs. Demonstrate flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
