I am seaking an associate periodontist for a very busy feel for service practice located in Lancaster, PA. The building is located in a well-appointed 5000 sq. ft. free-standing building that will be finished in February 2024 with 8 operatories and one sedation room. Technologies include Dentrix practice management system (chartless), Dexis radiograph management system with senors and iCate cone beam with TX Studio, 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner, and Astra and Straumann implant systems. Staff members have extensive experience in the business and clinical operations of the practice. Compensation and benefits are negotiable. Fee for service Direct mentorship (surgical and restorative) is available from the practice owner Currently building a state of the art office with established referral relationships and healthy patient flow High income potential CE Opportunities Full time 4 to 5 days per week Start date June/July 2024 Reponsibilities: Must be able or willing to learn how to restore complex restorative cases Provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care to patients Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures Educate patients on pjeriodontal disease prevention and treatment Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide optimal patient care Maintain a high standard of clinical care Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Board certification in periodontics or in the process of becoming board certified Strong clinical patient care Passion for patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and organized Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
