Open roles include:Maintenance Mechanic Master MechanicMechanic is responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the facility, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairment of equipment and instruments.Plant runs 24/7 operations. Schedules will vary & will work a rotating 12 hr shift schedule.Overtime required as part of the normal schedule, call out availability, and an on-call rotation.Core Functions: Predictive and preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, part replacement of plant equipment Actively participate in all aspects of safety, including near-miss reporting and meetingsFollow all process safety procedures and controlsOperating mobile equipment/heavy machineryOperation of various hand tools and power toolsUsing measurement devices, including calipers, pi tapes, micrometersWelding and cutting using a torch: tig, mig, and stick on piping and structuralFollow written instructions for maintenance Understand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facilityDemonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge-Act as One Team, Drive for Excellence, & Do What s RightOther tasks and activities assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferredAssociates degree and/or technical certification, preferred3 years experience as mechanic or millwright, preferredSelf-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervisionAbility to take instruction and follow directions, requiredComfortable working safely in high places.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong mechanical skills, preferredProficient in basic computer skills, preferredPositive attitude & ability to work within a team atmosphereBenefits:Strong compensation with annual increases.Benefits package, with medical benefits effective day one, including health, vision, dental, life and more.
