The position reports directly to the Group Director leading the Process Chemistry & Catalysis (PC&C) Team.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Process Chemistry Group Manager to lead/mentor research scientists that are advancing early-stage discovery projects through pilot scale.
Experience leading teams responsible for developing a variety of diverse chemical technologies is essential. Technical leadership and expertise desired in the areas of organic synthesis, scale up of chemical processes, diverse purification techniques, and experience with standard and advanced analytical instrumentation. This individual must also have management experience with oversight over scientists possessing deep technical knowledge.The Process Chemistry Group Manager will be an integral member of the Process Chemistry & Catalysis Team and will serve as a member of the PC&C Leadership Team.
