Job description: Lead and manage capital and special projects, including facility improvements, new construction, and site infrastructure (drainage, grading, paving, etc.). Provide structural design and analysis, seismic analysis, and hydraulic engineering, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and best practices in building construction. Design sanitary components for building infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee the design, installation, and modification of processing and packaging lines, and make necessary adjustments to ammonia refrigeration systems. Lead environmental compliance initiatives, focusing on wastewater management and OSHA PSM / EPA RMP for ammonia refrigeration systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met efficiently. Conduct site planning and surveying to support new projects and facility expansions. Support the Director of Engineering in other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science: Civil Engineering Minimum 3+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably with a focus on structural or environmental engineering. Professional engineering license are preferred. Strong understanding of engineering codes and good practices, particularly in building construction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
