As we learn and grow, we can help more people, and that’s what it’s all about.What makes us clinician obsessed?· We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced mental health clinicians. · While many in the mental health space have gone to an hourly or fee for service model we believe you deserve a base salary just like all other non-clinical roles. · We learn from our clinicians - Throughout our history we have listened to clinicians’ feedback to improve the client and clinician experience. · AI Transcription to automate note taking and documentation. On average this saves our clinicians 3 to 6 hours of documentation.· We do not believe the “growth at all costs” model works in mental health care. · An executive team with experience leading healthcare organizations, providing stability for clinicians and greater access for clients. · We prioritize your well-being and aim to prevent burnout. Our full-time W-2 clinicians are based on 25 billed hours per week, emphasizing work-life balance, flexibility, and time for self-care. · Access to Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Resources: Earn CEU days, receive reimbursements for CEU's, and have dedicated time each week to focus on your professional development. · We offer strong administrative support for our clinicians, reducing the burden of billing and paperwork, so you can focus on what you love—providing care. · Enjoy Clinical Independence: You have the autonomy to make decisions about patient care and treatment while having the backing and guidance of our experienced executive Psychologists and Psychiatrists for case consultations. · Be part of a collaborative team environment and a supportive community. We organize our clinicians into small teams of 10 to 12 individuals, each with a clinical lead for assistance. You're never alone in your journey. · Participate in our weekly lecture series hosted by our leading clinicians. This is an opportunity each week to attend informative sessions on various mental health topic.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesEstablish positive, trusting rapport with patientsDiagnose and treat mental health disordersCreate individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstancesMeet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessaryConduct ongoing assessments of patient progressInvolve and advise family members when appropriatePlan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities QualificationsMaster’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fieldsFull, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license (license based on office location). Applicants without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are currently not hiring associate/intern level therapists.2+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy servicesBilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not requiredMaintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively Superb organizational skills Ability to guide, direct, or influence people Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their familiesAbove compensation represents total compensation.
