Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Titan Placement Group is searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Pueblo, Colorado.

This position is with a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to underserved populations.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary: $140,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
- Relocation assistance: Available

- Dental and Vision insurance
- Paid time off (PTO): 27 days (8.31 hours per pay period)
- Retirement plan: 403(b) with up to 6% match, fully vested after 3 years
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 5 days off and up to $10,000 reimbursed
- Tuition reimbursement: Up to $2,000 per year
- Student loan repayment: Up to $100,000 (SUD - Star Loan Repayment Program)

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; option for a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts
- Clinical hours: 32 per week, with 8 administrative hours
- No weekend work required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems: NextGen (Providers)
- Providers receive a scribe for support
Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Clear and active license in the State of Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for serving underserved populations
