As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Memphis features a broad spectrum of tertiary and acute care, outpatient services and specialty areas including Women's Services, Surgical Services, Bariatric Center of Excellence and Behavioral Health. Other acute care areas include Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med/ Surge and Telemetry.
Radiology Director Position Summary
Exercises overall supervision of the department. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and disciplines the employees according to the general personnel policies of the hospital. Will identify, study, and assist in resolving problems relating to the department. Manages staff assigned to the department. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

* Develops and manages the annual department operating and capital budgets; directs daily operations of assigned departments; directs performance of staff; has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.

RADIOLOGY DIRECTOR CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education
Required: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree
Experience
Required: 5 years technical experience and 2 years management experience.
Certifications
Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); state license if required. Preferred: Certified Radiology Administrator(CRA) 2403028643
