Maintenance Reliability and Training Director-CorporateWe are looking for a Maintenance Reliability and Training Director based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO This person will direct implementation and continuous improvement of reliability programs and maintenance training programs in our Fed Beef plant maintenance departments.Responsibilities:Oversees the maintenance reliability programs for the Fed Beef Facilities to include:Development of consistent PM programs across the facilitiesOrganizational structure of Maintenance Teams alignment to best practice and manpower utilization.Development of in-house support maintenance programsAlignment of maintenance programs to government required safety programsReporting and resource management of reliability related programsTraining development and succession planning of facility reliability teams0 based budget development for plant routine maintenance programsWorking equipment inventoryIdle equipment inventoryRoot cause analysis of equipment failure and downtime scenariosOversees the maintenance training programs for the Fed Beef Facilities to include:Development of consistent Maintenance Training programs across the facilitiesVendor assisted trainingDevelopment and tracking of critical training KPI'sDevelopment of equipment specific trainingDevelopment of area specific trainingCollaboration of maintenance training and plant safety teams to ensure compliance to required safety trainingContinuous improvement of the Maintenance Training Program across the divisionOther duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelor s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil, biochemical or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years maintenance engineering experience in the manufacturing industry preferredExperience in maintenance management requiredAbility to read wiring schematics, electrical drawings, circuits, and computer programsAbility to read and write more than one language preferredStrong computer skills; including AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written, verbal, analytical, people skills, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managementUp to 75% travel to plants and other JBS locationsMust be comfortable in plant/manufacturing facility, possible long hours on feet50+ hour weeks at times to include weekendsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
