With an average daily census of 88 babies, you will take care of a variety of neonatal conditions in both premature and full term babies. We Offer Great Incentives:
- Residency Training Program, specialized/unit-specific
- Shift Differential Pay
- Benefits that begin day 1
- RN > BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000).
- RN Loan Forgiveness Program to aide in paying off RN student loan debt
- Up to $5,000 per year over a period of 4 ½ years ($20,000 cap).
- Must graduate within the past 12-months of beginning employment with Mercy to qualifyRegis
What We Need from You:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Preferred Experence: Patient Care/Tech Exp
- License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state or pass boards
- New graduates must obtain within 90 days of graduation date.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
