You embrace change, live by your values, and understand the importance of community in achieving success.What You'll Do:Inspect Incoming Shipments: Check inbound products against invoices and paperwork to ensure quality, quantity, temperature, and packaging standards are met.Accurate Inventory Counts: Verify product quantities to align with shipping and receiving records, reporting any discrepancies.Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections based on USDA/NCDA guidelines and document any issues with product quality or temperature.Labeling and Documentation: Label incoming products for warehouse organization and complete all required receiving paperwork according to SOP and USDA standards.Execute RMA Process: Receive returned product and disposition the returned product to maintain our high level of quality standards.Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all HACCP, SQF, and OSHA regulations.Operate Equipment Safely: Safely handle equipment, performing pre-use inspections and reporting any damage.What You'll Bring to the Table:Passion for People: A genuine enthusiasm for creating positive interactions and making work fun.Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and address challenges effectively.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with WMS/ERP systems.Physical Readiness: The capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.Adaptability: Comfort working in a cold warehouse environment.Core Values: Integrity, teamwork, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
