You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Performing a wide array of work relating to equipment and facilities maintenance in a food manufacturing plantInstalling new lines and equipment and maintaining all existing equipmentMaintenance tasks of varying scope with a high level of autonomy throughout the facility including preventative and correctiveImportant Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 11pm-7pm on a rotational basis, including weekends. Starting pay $26.19/hr. and up to $36.13/hr. based on experience. Basic Skills Required: Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with external contractors and internal customers (all functional areas) to ensure equipment maintenance needs are met.Possess strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills.Ability to read and understand all maintenance manuals, codes, and regulations.Possess a basic understanding of math with the ability to apply this for maintenance purposes in a food manufacturing setting. Ability to use and operate all tools and machinery required to complete maintenance responsibilities.Prior experience in the following areas: pneumatics (including conveyance), hydraulics, programmable logic controllers, piping (process and plumbing), blueprint reading, equipment rigging, welding, electrical wiring, and machining.Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment as required; commitment to using all PPE as required.A minimum of 5 years prior maintenance and electrical experience is required.About You:You'll fit right in if you are:Self-motivated and demonstrate flexibilityAble to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritiesExperience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
