Setting: General Acute Care Hospital (Stroke Certified, not Chest Pain Center accredited, not a Trauma Level designation) Duties: Hospital Coverage, we have a need for a Radiologist to cover the Hospital which involves the IR needs along with Stroke CT's and other procedures/availability. Required Procedures: IR Procedures (Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Nephrostomy Tubes, Intra-abdominal abscess drainage, Chest Tubes, Suprapubic Catheters); CT/US Biopsies (Thyroid, Lung, Other), Barium studies, Lumbar punctures. EMR: Cerner Support Staff: Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) Nurses and Techs; We do have a large Radiology group in Sacramento that performs overflow and after-hours reads. Submission Requirements MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- CA Active license Required
- Availability at time of name clear (Specific dates and blackout dates required for presentation) Required
- Residency Required
- CA Fluoroscopy required at submission
- Clean Malpractice Highly Preferred
- BLS and DEA Required during credentialing
