Description Location: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp, US:CO:LovelandDepartment: Respiratory TherapyFTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: DaysPay: 45.00 per hour plus travel package/stipendLOCAL Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles13 week assignments available - extension optionsMinimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy programRegistered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). 1-year experienceState licensure ACLS, NRPBLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices. Responds to codes and calls for emergent assistance. Assesses patient condition and delivers appropriate treatment utilizing appropriate protocols.Educates the patient and family about the patient's illness and provides information about community resources.We improve lives.
