Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack developer will work independently on a technical team of other engineers to collaborate with. He or she will be coding in C# and must demonstrate strong Typescript front-end framework experience, preferably in Angular but also accepted, Vue or React. The Full Stack Developer will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining windows applications (and systems) based on this customer’s driven requirements for the purpose of collecting, processing and/or disseminating lawfully collected data.
Our Full Stack Developer will design, maintain and implement Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) software designed to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements. The Full Stack Software Developer will design, maintain, and implement original software applications from a high-level, non-specific set of concepts provided by the Government. The Developer will develop applications of large and complex software (and systems) and web-based query and reporting systems.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Contribute to system-level design and partitioning in order to optimize overall system performance and reliability
- Translate detailed design into computer software
- Test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product
- Prepare both program-level and user-level documentation
- Enhance software to reduce operating times or improve efficiency
- Provide full life cycle support for software including user interaction
- Four (4) year college degree in Software Development or Computer Science with 3 years of Professional full-time experience as a Software Developer or seven (7) years of full-time professional software development experience in lieu of a formal degree.
- Must possess a diverse set of programming language including:
- C#
- Powershell
- Angular (Vue, React, or Ember may be optional for the right person)
- ASP.NET and .NET Core
- SQL
- XML
- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- HTML
- JavaScript
- Microservices Architecture
- Capable of identifying technical strategies to interpret disparate software applications by authoring original software programs
- Strong with writing programs that achieve a desired outcome or workflow from nothing more than observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts
- Proficiency in producing specifications and design documentation such as:
- Process flow
- Class Diagrams
- Sequence Diagrams
- Physical Architecture
- System and Web Service Interface Specifications
- Data Dictionary
- Data Model
- Creating project work estimates (timeframes to complete)
- Implementing solutions and identify operational or management issues
- Systems designing, policy development, and database development and management, and user interface development
- Utilizing available Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software to the maximum extent practicable in designing software applications, avoiding implementation of a proprietary system
- Knowledge of Information Security Systems (ISS) and security standards of Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) and classified data
- Knowledge of current Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA)
- Four (4) year college degree in Software Development or Computer Science with 3 years of Professional full-time experience as a Software Developer or seven (7) years of full-time professional software development experience in lieu of a formal degree.

- Experience with containers
- Azure experience or exposure
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
