As a Hospital Occupational Therapist, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, helping individuals regain the skills they need to live their lives to the fullest. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients. Your role will involve regular assessments and modifications of treatment programs to address the evolving needs of your patients. This role offers the unique flexibility of evening shift, (12 pm - 8 pm) allowing you to enjoy your mornings either sleeping in or exploring the city before your shift.
You’ll also play a vital role in educating patients and their families, instructing them on the use of adaptive equipment and strategies to enhance daily functioning. Additionally, you will consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that each patient receives the full spectrum of rehabilitation services.
