Apply TodayJob Summary and QualificationsPerforms all duties of a Radiology Technologist applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology, as well as oversee the general operation of the department as assigned and with a variety of technical procedures. Regulates the equipment used to expose the radiographic images and utilizes PACS. Operates equipment safely and maintains A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures. Provides patient care during imaging procedures. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff. What qualifications you will need:Florida State Registered Radiologic TechnologistRegistered Radiographer (ARRT)Associate Degree Radiologic TechnologyBasic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateHCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed acute care hospital.
