(S)he will contribute to the overall department production goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Essential Duties:Closely monitor the dairy production processPerform changeovers as needed per the production schedule.Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties and communicate all issues related to maintaining and operating equipment in a timely manner.Clean equipment and perform other routine maintenance as assigned by Maintenance or the SupervisorReassemble equipment after maintenance, clean up, and changeoversOperate all equipment following SOPs/training materials and adjust equipment, as needed, to efficiently and effectively operate the production line with minimal down time.Follow Quality Assurance standards and collect required samples, as needed, for Quality Assurance testingEnsure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.Follow all required work safe practices.
