If you are a Social Worker with strong clinical experience/skills and you love to care for patients, come and join our incredible teamAbout the Job:You will provide clinical social work interventions with patients, (neonates, pediatric, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics) and families that address personal and environmental issues to maximize emotional, social and physical wellbeing and the appropriate and efficient use of health care services across the continuum. You will provide a systematic approach to evaluation of patient care.
