Unlock your potential at HCA Florida JFK HospitalJob Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:Performs rounds on each nursing unit.Observes and assesses the quality of patient care being delivered.Identify nursing educational needs.Ensure that nurses within scope of support have a clear understanding of how to integrate patient experience into nursing practice. What you will need in this role:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current State of Florida Registered RN License, orRecognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNeonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start dateNIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start datePALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start dateHCA Florida JFK Hospital was named in honor of our 35th president. Our hospital is an American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer accredited Comprehensive Community Cancer Program. We offer two off-site ERs in Palm Beach Gardens and West Boynton Beach. They provide the same emergency treatment for adults and children. We are located in the city of Atlantis. We are near the coastal cities of Lake Worth and Boynton Beach.
