At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer- oriented Classification Management Officer 3 (CMO 3) to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The Classification Management Officer 3 CMO 3 provides comprehensive classification management guidance in accordance with Executive Orders, National Security guidelines and ICD 710, Classification and Control Markings SystemPerform detailed analysis and quick issue resolutionProvide classification, control marking, and dissemination principles knowledgeProvide CM recommendations to senior customer leadershipGenerate, track, coordinate and respond to action items in a timely mannerConduct classification reviewsIdentify and assess sources for classification determinationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of experience or Associates and 12 or more years of experience or Masters and 5 or more years of experienceAbility to handle complex security classification issuesAble to perform classification reviewsDemonstrated knowledge of SCI arenaThorough understanding of Executive Order 13526 and it’s implementing directiveThorough understanding of IC and DoD regulatory guidanceExcellent writing, communication and research skills a mustPrevious experience providing protection guidance to federal customer Security Requirements:Must possess an active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnelConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, or facsimileFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
