Company: is a premier pharmacy for home infusion servicesLocation: Greater Manchester AreaPosition Summary: As the Pharmacy Manager, you will assist in launching a new pharmacy in Manchester, oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of top-quality patient care while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:Pharmacy Operations & ComplianceOversee daily operations, ensuring all practices are in line with state and federal regulations.Ensure that the pharmacy and its staff adhere to all regulations, guidelines, and best practices for home infusion therapies.Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications and supplies.Handle record-keeping, documentation, and periodic audits to ensure compliance and high-quality care.Patient CareOversee the preparation and dispensation of medications, ensuring accuracy, safety, and the highest standards of care.Collaborate with healthcare providers to customize and optimize medication regimens for patients receiving home infusion therapies.Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and education related to home infusion therapies.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.Promote continuous learning, keeping the team updated on the latest in home infusion therapies and technologies.Address any staff concerns, conflicts, or performance issues in a timely and professional manner.Stakeholder CollaborationLiaise with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and quality care.Represent the company in professional and industry forums, sharing knowledge and networking with peers in the home infusion space.Qualifications:A valid Pharmacist license in the state of New Hampshire.Extensive experience (5+ years preferred) in the home infusion space.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a pharmacy team.Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing franchise with a commitment to improving patient lives.Continuing education and professional development opportunities.Type: Direct HireCategory: ManagementDate Posted: 2024-12-04
