As a trusted resource to the hospital staff, you will play a key role in providing support across various functions and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the hospital's mission.
The Human Resources department is dynamic, with a focus on strategic initiatives that impact employee engagement, workforce development, and retention. Our team is highly collaborative and values innovative thinking to solve problems. This unit is dedicated to creating an atmosphere that supports both personal and professional growth for all employees.
Key responsibilities for this role include handling recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting in employee relations, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, support performance management, and help maintain employee records. Your role is essential to ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and support our hospital’s commitment to providing a positive and productive work environment.
