Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. As an Maintenance Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

$22.00 - $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities 

  • Complete administrative tasks in the computerized maintenance management system, as well as supporting with coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, and processing invoices
  • Assist with managing work order entries, running reports, trainings for the Mountain Region office, as well as managing and closing out National Park Service Condition Assessments for Yellowstone General Stores
  • General Compliance reporting for Yellowstone General Store per the maintenance plan
  • Assist the regional project director and area facilities managers with the processes of submitting and implementing Delaware North capital projects, including project scopes of work, annual capital requests, vendor set up forms, and contracts
  • Assist with managing all regional fleet records, including maintaining insurance, titling, and registering all vehicles within the Mountain Region Delaware North fleet 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and use
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Interpersonal skills, as well as skills in written and verbal communication, maths, prioritization, and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
  • Prior park service experience or facilities management background is beneficial
  • Willingness to live in West Yellowstone, MT
  • Must have valid driver license and clean driving record
