If you re excited about this role but your past experience doesn t align perfectly with every qualification in the job posting, we still encourage you to apply and share with us your STORY, your PASSION, and your EXPERTISE  You may be just the perfect candidate for this or other roles within our company. From your PASSION to ours The Financial Analyst position will be a highly motivated, independent, self-starter professional responsible for budgeting, reporting & analysis of our US IT spend.From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Collaborate with IT Leadership & ELT across all US Business Units to plan IT Capital (Capex) Expenditures. Work together with IT Finance team members to jointly consolidate our IT Operating Expense (Opex) Budget line items. Build budgets for Capex Projects with an IT component.Analyze financial data & provide cash flow forecasting support.Create & maintain financial reports including Opex monthly analysis and Capex project score cards.Provide financial guidance to project managers and recommend courses of action.Collect project financial requirements to prepare & submit Capital Requests to France.Forecast Capital Project closures to accurately plan depreciation expense.Work with IT vendors for Opex & Capex to understand current spend.Partner with Corporate Accounting to project cash flow.Analyze & monitor trends to ensure projects are within Capital Budget approval levels.Support IT PMO team with financial information.
