Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Manager role at the Ogden location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Leading and managing the employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfactionAnalyzing processes for improving maintenance methods, equipment performance, and the quality of productProblem solving and enforcing all company policies and proceduresBeing responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues Important Details:
