Atwork Personnel is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a contract electronics manufacturing company. The Program Manager (PM) is the "voice of the customer" and leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT), responsible for overseeing the company's operational performance to the customer while achieving internal financial goals. This role works closely with the sales team to explore and grow new business opportunities within the existing customer base. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule (Monday-Thursday, with every other Friday off).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Identify, define, document, and manage customer expectations.

*Oversee the overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) process for the customer and align criteria with customer expectations.

*Serve as the key interface between the customer and the CFT, ensuring effective communication.

*Provide program updates, including quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

*Manage the sales order process as it relates to customer change requirements.

*Coordinate the Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Mitigation Plan and ensure timely resolutions.

*Manage new quotes and evaluate ECO cost impact.

*Communicate documentation needs to ensure proper requirements for product builds.

*Maintain and drive an Action Item List to ensure follow-up on critical items.

*Represent the CFT during management account reviews.

*Lead regular cadence meetings between the CFT and the customer.

*Provide proactive solutions to customer challenges and anticipate future needs.

*Work closely with Operations to ensure production schedules are met.

*Mitigate customer and internal risks to ensure timely project delivery.

*Develop and cultivate new business opportunities within the existing customer base.

*Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to Terms & Conditions (T's & C's).

*Act as a leader within the CFT, ensuring that all project requirements (time, risk, costs, quality) are met.

*Set priorities for CFT teams and manage customer escalation as necessary.

*Support ISO standards related to the company's Quality Management Systems and other operational objectives, including quality, health, safety, security, and the environment.

*Contribute to corporate and site 5S objectives.

*Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Highly detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

*Must be a team player and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment.

*Project management and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

*Effective organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and customers.

*Ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring completion in a timely manner.

*Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when representing the company.

*Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

*Ability to work individually or as part of a team.

*Available for up to 10% travel, including day trips, overnight, and international travel as required.

*Participate in continuous improvement activities, including documentation and presentations.


Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (CEPM certification desired).

*3+ years of program management experience in contract electronics manufacturing is highly desired.

*9/80 work schedule (Monday to Thursday, with every other Friday off).
