team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The General Labor role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, drivingand supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality and safety throughout the plant.You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:• Competitive compensation: earn $22.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with GoodManufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/orquality issues.Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the day shift, which operates from 3:00PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays/Sundays.
