ENT Opening in IllinoisOpportunity in Kankakee, ILFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE ENT Physician to join team in Kankakee, ILOverview:- Collect, record, and maintain patient information such as medical histories, reports, and examination results- Manage and treat patients within scope of practice- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose patients' medical conditions- Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment within scope of practice- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and reevaluate treatments as necessary- Expertise in providing reliable, high-value, and evidence-based medicine supported by education and research- Ability to use electronic medical records to track patient visits and information related to the physician/patient encounter- Expertise in performing Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for Physicians- Ability to work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours of direct patient care- Participate in on-call duties during the week and on weekends (not all specialties will require on-call duties)About the area:Kankakee County has 57 miles of winding river, rural and urban destinations, rich history and natural beauty, there is so much to enjoy Explore the Native American Indian Caves in the Kankakee River State Park.
