Requirements: MA license; Minimum of 3 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience. Graduates of orthopedic residency programs preferred. The ideal candidate should have a record of advancement and acquisition of advanced clinical knowledge in the management of complex non-operative and post-operative musculoskeletal conditions, a desire for collaborative teamwork, an inner drive for excellence and a strong desire to contribute to the clinical growth of colleagues and students. Physical therapists interested in this position should possess a strong framework for musculoskeletal clinical examination, manual therapy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Massachusetts General Physical Therapy Department promotes clinical excellence through ongoing professional development and mentorship guided by board certified Clinical Specialists, Advanced Clinicians and ClinicalScholars.
