- CDCA & Certified Peer Support preferred.
- Knowledge of the disease of chemical dependency and the 12 Step Programs.
- Excellent facility in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Access, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement.
- Good professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Maturity and ability to role model healthy interpersonal communication with clients and staff.
- Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.
- Knowledge of CPR.
