If you re excited about this role but your past experience doesn t align perfectly with every qualification in the job posting, we still encourage you to apply and share with us your STORY, your PASSION, and your EXPERTISE  You may be just the perfect candidate for this or other roles within our company.From your PASSION to oursThe Analyst, Trade Spend Systems will be responsible for 1) the maintenance of data within Lactalis American Group, Inc. s systems insuring that more timely and accurate information is available for reporting, tracking and oversight as required by the Commercial Department; 2) management of functional data based requirements that cross product lines with in the trade marketing system (TPM) 3) management of open deductions, with oversight over the validation and clearing of deductions, and ownership over the outstanding balance of open deductions. The Analyst, Trade Spend Systems will effectively communicate cross functionally to achieve the goals of organization, including pricing changes, new item launches, and database changes.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Analyze data under direction of the Director - Trade Marketing for internal use, key customers, and distribution to broker partners Analyze requests through proprietary software.Ability to pull information from various resources (Stratum, IRI) Review with management and implement changes through data warehouse.Mange the day to day open deduction balance in the TPM systemSupport the research and clearing of deductions, including the collection of repaysProvide appropriate analytical support required by the functional leaders of the sales organization.Participate in other ad hoc sales analysis projects and special projects as needed.Ensure accurate pricing on all invoicesEnsure accurate system setup administrationProper maintenance and administration of contractual obligations related to our broker sales forceMonitor & track field sales controllable and initiatives Deduction management, price gap monitoring, new item tracking.Support Commercial development of internal and external analysis and presentations e.g., NFRA, Board Presentations and Segmentation Chart updates.This description reflects management s assignment of essential functions, it does not proscribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
