3.5 clinic days, 1 OR day, 0.5 admin day per week
1:4 general ortho call
2-year guaranteed base salary plus quality bonus
RVU productivity bonus after year one

Outstanding Organization:
Seven ORs available at the main hospital
Four exam rooms, two procedure rooms in the clinic
One MA per provider, on-site RN, office manager
