Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Vendor Business Partner Account Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by supporting the account management efforts related to vendor partner relationships.This person will be responsible for managing vendor coordination, and analytics supporting contracting and operational activities, and necessary documentation with assigned accounts.Account Management and internal coordination for assigned Business Partner(s)Facilitate vendor partner discussions and necessary follow-upsManage contracting and pricing for assigned Business Partner(s)Proactively working Business Partner renewals with appropriate stakeholders when necessaryCreating relevant, data-driven reporting and establish consistent contract management operationsProviding all necessary details to drive strategic decision making and turning concepts into contractsDriving negotiations and focusing on Solventum growth strategies.Operational Excellence: Triage technical questions and support escalationsActively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and 6 (Six) years of account management and/or project management experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and 10(Ten) years of account management and/or project management experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree education requirementFive (5) combined years of experience partner management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferredStrong skills with Microsoft Office (e.g. – Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word)Project Management (PMO) certificationAbility to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environmentExperience working in Solventum Health Information Systems’ contracting software tools and relevant Salesforce experienceProven project management and operational skillsInterest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday termsAbility to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize according to meeting revenue goalsWork location: Remote USATravel: May include up to [5%]Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
