This person will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time & within budget.

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Join a rapidly growing General Contractor based in Baltimore, renowned for delivering exceptional construction services across various sectors. With a recent surge in project wins, primarily in healthcare, data centers, and commercial interiors, our client is committed to expanding their talented team to maintain their high standards of excellence.

Description

  • Manage all phases of project management from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in healthcare construction projects or strong MEP experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP certification is a plus

Job Offer
