Make history with us.General Summary:The eCommerce Manager is responsible for accelerating the M&B eCommerce business (our fastest growing channel). This role is responsible for pioneering new tools and capabilities in this space and advocating adoption throughout the organization. This role also is responsible for driving sales and share goals at Instacart, partnering closely with shopper marketing, integrated marketing, and brand teams to develop strategic plans, execute activation programs, and deliver results with this important partner. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration and influence with marketing and sales, among others.Develop winning strategies for the digital shelf that leverages shopper, retailer, and category insights and includes a defined retailer search strategy, objectives, priorities, and executional approach across retailers and categories. Leverages internal and external partnerships to set a foundation and evolve to a customized and performance-based approach. Ensure the effectiveness of retailer search investments, as well as future development of tools to stay ahead of competition.Build eCommerce retailer playbooks, including leading the development and optimization of the eCommerce selling materials to deliver sales impact across retailers and brands, and position Campbell M&B as a best-in-class organization.Champion eCommerce capability building, upskilling the organization by aligning data, tools, and vendor partnerships, and driving engagement and adoption to drive more efficiency and scale across the Campbell's M&B Division.Be the channel expert in all aspects staying up to date of emerging trends within the industry. Provides regular landscape updates and develops specific action plans to drive progress across defined KPI's that assess retailer search and share of digital shelf.Embody a winning team and culture, that includes an entrepreneurial/growth and "future forward" mindset for the organization. Develops relationships across functions within the Campbell's M&B Division and influence internally to drive a digital commerce mindset.Knowledge and skills requirementPrior digital marketing or ecommerce experience, ideally with previous roles in marketing and/or salesProven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution. Ability to communicate complexity at all levels within the organizationJob RequirementsBachelor's degree8+ years of experience, CPG experience preferredCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
